Terms of Service

This service (app-generator) is an experimental, invitation-only platform.

1. Nature of the service

app-generator is an experimental platform that uses Claude (Anthropic) to auto-generate web apps.
It is in beta; service changes, suspensions, or data deletion may occur without notice.
Best-effort uptime, no SLA.

2. Eligibility

A valid invite code is required.
One invite code = one account.
Transfer or sale of invite codes/accounts to third parties is prohibited.
Illegal use, harassment, or activity that imposes undue load on the service is prohibited.

3. Generated content

Primary responsibility for the content, copyright, and legality of generated web apps rests with the user who issued the generation request.
The operator (sena) does not warrant that generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Billing and cost

Invited users may use the operator's shared Claude credit (Tier 2, Sonnet/Haiku) free of charge at present.
To exceed the shared quota or use paid models (Opus), users may register their own Anthropic API key via BYOK.
The shared credit may be suspended at any time at the operator's discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

6. Revisions

These terms may be revised without notice. Revised terms take effect when published on this page.
